SG 1 Establish a Test Policy 建立测试方针

A test policy, aligned with the business (quality) policy, is established and agreed upon by the stakeholders.

一个测试方针，应该和商业质量方针一致，被建立并且被所有利益关联人同意。

Define and maintain test goals based upon business needs and objectives.
