AG-E 7500B is a fluorinated waterproof and oil-proof agent developed independently by Asahi Nitz Co., Ltd., which endows various kinds of fibers with excellent waterproof and oil-proof properties. This product does not contain alkylphenol derivative APEO, or PFOS, PFOA and similar substances and and its predecessor substances. Such substances cannot be detected within the detection range.)

Usage:

AG-E 7500B is usually used with padding method, and the concentration of the standard recipe varies according to the target fiber material/fiber and the purpose. In general, the concentration is:

AG- E7500B: 15-40g/L

Drying condition: 100-120 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Baking condition: 150-170 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Characteristics:

1. Endows all kinds of fibers with excellent waterproof and oil resistant properties;

2. Gives textiles soft hand feel;

3. It has good stability and is little affected by the residual dyes and mix-used agents of in the previous process;

4. This product does not contain APEO and PFOS/PFOA (below the detection limit).

Attentions:

1. AG-E7500B will affect the properties (strength/softness, cleavage resistance, electrification, etc.) of processed fabric, color tone and fastness.

2. Other auxiliaries such as antistatic agent/softener/penetrant can be mix-used. Please fully confirm their compatibility and influence on water and oil resistance in advance. When mixing, please dilute various processing auxiliaries at least 2-3 times before mixing.

3. Please use water below 40 ℃ when diluting the product. Please control the working solution temperature below 40 ℃ during processing.

4. Please adjust the pH value of the working solution below 7 in weak acidity. Waterproof and oil-proof performance will be impacted under the condition of strong acidity and alkalinity.

Storage:

1. Please store the product in temperature range of 5 ℃ - 35 ℃, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it sealed. It is possible to have a bad effect on the quality if it is preserved in freezing and high temperature for a long time.

2. When taking the product out of the container, please mix it evenly first.
