HOLPOSON® COOL-COMBO

The summer is scorching, the sunlight is strong, and the sunlight is light with energy, including far-infrared, visible light, and ultraviolet rays. The dark black fabric absorbs visible light and converts it into heat, making the dark black fabric heat up faster than the white and light colour fabric. HOLPOSON® COOL-COMBO is a series of additives to prevent temperature rise specially developed for clothing fabrics. It is a temperature rise finishing agent composed of three-component additives. When textile fabrics are exposed to the sun, it can shield ultraviolet rays and release to prevent the temperature rise factor , then it can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the fabric.

Usage:

1. Padding process

Dilution method: First dissolve COOL1, COOL 2 and COOL 3. Then add water slowly while stirring. Finnaly dilute to the required concentration.

Dosage:

HOLPOSON® COOL 1: 40-80g/L

HOLPOSON® COOL 2: 20-50g/L

HOLPOSON® COOL 3: 30-50g/L

Treatment method: Dip and roll once, with liquid rate of about 75%. Drying and heat setting above 120-170 ℃.

Attentions:

1. HOLPOSON® COOL 3 may make the color of treated materials lighter, therefore please confirm in advance the color sample.

2. Dissolving of the COOL series requires cold water or warm water (30-40℃), which can ensure stability in process and lasting effect.
