Single-proof thickener HOLPOSON®HTV is an inactive viscoelastic high molecular polymer. It has high stability after being slurried in water, not easy to settle, and easy to use. The water-based thickener can be widely used in many fields. In the textile industry, it is suitable for textile pigment printing paste, single parent single anti-sizing, "water-seeking" paste and other systems. Flat screens, rotary screens, and rollers can be selected. Sizing is carried out by printing on cylinder and platen.

Usage:

Thickener HOLPOSON®HTV dosage: add 0.1 -1.0% to the total amount

1. Take an appropriate amount of this product and mix it with the material that needs to be thickened.

2. Add water at room temperature and stir evenly, it usually takes 10-90 minutes to thicken.

3. Keep stirring during thickening to prevent agglomeration due to uneven mixing.

Characteristics:

1. Solubility: soluble in water and other water-containing solvent systems (such as a certain proportion of ethanol/water, propanol/water system, etc.), the solubility is basically not affected by the pH of the system. The aqueous solution of the single-proof thickener has high transparency, stable performance and surface activity.

2. The structure of the thickener alone affects its viscosity, solubility, and gel temperature. The solubility increases with the decrease of viscosity. If the content of methoxy group in the thickener is reduced, the gel point will increase, the water solubility will decrease, and the surface activity will decrease.

3. The single-proof thickener not only has thickening properties, but also has water retention and film-forming properties.

Storage:

It is sealed and stored at room temperature, and the stable period is 36 months. After opening the package, make sure that the container is tightly closed. Store indoors to avoid high temperature and severe cold.
