HOLPOSON® AG-E 082

AG-E 082 endows fibers with excellent water-proof and oil-proof properties.It has good stability and receives little influence from residual dyes and jointly-used auxiliaries in the previous process. It is not a dangerous substance under the Japanese Fire Service Law, and is convenient to use.

Usage:

AG - E082 is usually used in padding treatment. The concentration in use as per the standard prescription varies according to the target fiber material, fiber and purpose of use. Generally, the concentrations used are:

General waterproof and oil proof processing: AG - E082 20-60g/L

Durable waterproof and oil proof processing: AG-E082 40-100g/L

End blocked isocyanate crosslinkers: 10-15g/L

Drying conditions

100-120 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Baking conditions

150-170 ℃ for 1-3 minutes

Attentions:

1. Processing agents containing fluorine usually have the effect of deepening the color. Please confirm the color of finished products in advance.

2. Antistatic agents, softeners, penetrants and other auxiliaries can be used together. Please fully confirm their compatibilities and their influences on water and oil resistance in advance.

3. Please use water below 40 ℃ when diluting this product. Please control the working fluid’s temperature below 40 ℃ during processing

4. Please adjust the pH value of the working fluid below 7 in weak acidity, which will affect the waterproof and oil proof performance in strongly acidic and alkaline conditions.

5. Please use the prepared working fluid as early as possible to avoid further reusage of the processing fluid.

6. Please wash the fabric thoroughly to minimize residual hydrophilic or ionic substances.

7. Since resin slag is easy to accumulate on the roller, roller drying is not an ideal method.

Storage:

1. When carrying this product, please wear appropriate personal protective equipment and do not contact the body with the product directly.

2. Do not inhale the vapor or mist of this product. Please avoid vaporization or atomization.

3. Please store the product in the range of 5 ℃ - 35 ℃, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it in a closed place. It may have a bad effect on the quality to keep it in freeze or constant high temperature.

4. When taking the product out of the container, please mix it evenly first.
