Requirements on the color fastness to sunlight of the interior decoration materials in vehicles are strict. In addition to careful selection of dyes, ultraviolet absorbers are also generally used to improve the color fastness to light.

MC-500 is a product developed to improve the color fastness to light of common polyester and cationic dyeable polyester fiber (CDP). It can be used in the same bath during dyeing.

Usage:

1.padding method

Dosage：             30-50g/L

Liquid retention rate:   60-80% (depending on fiber type)

Processing：dip and roll at once→ drying at 130-150℃

1. Impregnation process

The concentration varies according to the dye type, concentration, fiber type/shape and required performance. The general standard is 1.0% (o.w.f.).

Characteristics:

1. It has good performance in combination with dispersing and leveling agent and will not cause problems such as tar.

2. Because it is not easy to cause filtration and sedimentation problems, it is also suitable for dyeing cheese and beam dyeing machines.

3. It can also be used in alkaline dyeing.

Attentions

1. Be sure to use after stirring.

2. After use, keep the container lid tightly closed to prevent foreign matter from mixing in and the product from drying out.

3. This product is an ultraviolet absorber. When it is used with fluorescent dyes, there may be a problem of fluorescence decolorization. Please do a test to confirm it before use.

Storage：

Packing: 18KG iron drum, storage period is 12 months.

Store indoors and use up as soon as possible after opening. If it is not used up, please cover it tightly to prevent the product from getting damp or mixing with foreign objects.
